Do I need any gym experience to train with Helen?
No, you don't need any gym experience. Helen tailors every session to your current fitness level — many of her clients had never set foot in a gym before they started. She'll teach you everything from the basics up, in your own time, no pressure.
I had a baby recently — can I train safely?
Yes. Helen is Level 3 qualified in Pre and Post Natal training and understands first-hand what your body has been through — she's a mum of four. After your 6-week check (8 weeks for c-section), Helen will design a programme that respects your recovery and rebuilds your strength safely.
What does the free consultation involve?
It's a relaxed 20-minute chat — no pressure, no commitment. You'll tell Helen about your goals, your lifestyle and any health considerations. She'll explain how she trains and what a programme might look like for you. If it feels right, you book. If not, you walk away with useful advice either way.
How often will I need to train?
Most of Helen's clients train one to three times a week, depending on their goals and schedule. Helen will recommend a frequency that fits your real life — not a textbook ideal — so you can stay consistent and see results without burning out.
